1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BUBU APPS LLC. By accessing the wNum website, creating an account, or purchasing a virtual number, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

wNum provides single-use virtual phone numbers that receive one SMS verification code. Customers typically use these numbers to activate an account on a third-party messaging service such as WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, without using their personal SIM card.

What a purchase includes:

• One virtual phone number from the country you select.
• Delivery of one SMS verification code received on that number, displayed to you in the app or on the website.
• A delivery window of 240 seconds from the moment the number is assigned.

What a purchase does not include:

• A telephone line, calling capability, or the ability to send SMS messages.
• Ongoing rental, renewal or exclusive ownership of the number.
• Any further SMS messages after the first verification code is delivered.
• Any guarantee that a third-party service will accept, or continue to accept, the number.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You must not use the Service if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country of residence.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at wnum@codepad.studio if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.

5. Prices and payment

Current prices are published on our Pricing page. Prices range from $5.99 to $49.99 USD per number and depend on the country you select.

• All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and exclude tax.
• Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you confirm payment.
• Every purchase is a single, one-time charge. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. A number is only assigned once payment is authorised.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. This means Paddle handles the payment, tax calculation, invoicing and billing enquiries on our behalf, and Paddle's name may appear on your bank or card statement.

Purchases made through the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the respective app store.

We do not receive, store or process your full card details at any time.

Price changes

We may change prices at any time. Changes never affect an order that has already been paid for. The price you see and approve at checkout is the price you pay.

6. Delivery of digital goods

The Service consists entirely of digital goods delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.

• Your virtual number is assigned and displayed immediately after successful payment, normally within seconds.
• The verification code is displayed as soon as it is received on the number, within the 240-second delivery window.
• If no code arrives within that window, the order is cancelled automatically and you may select a replacement number free of charge.

You expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that, once the verification code has been delivered to you, the Service has been fully performed. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you agree that it is extinguished at that point. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams or identity theft.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or conduct any deceptive marketing.
• Harass, threaten, defame, stalk or abuse any person.
• Circumvent a ban, suspension or enforcement action imposed on you by any third-party platform.
• Create accounts in bulk in violation of a third-party platform's terms of service.
• Distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Breach any applicable law, sanctions regime or export control regulation.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if we reasonably believe you have breached this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for how you use any number you obtain and for complying with the terms of any third-party service you activate with it.

8. Third-party services and trademarks

WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are products and trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. wNum and BUBU APPS LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other messaging provider. All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Third-party platforms independently decide whether to accept a number and may restrict, suspend or ban any account at their sole discretion. We have no control over and accept no liability for those decisions.

The Service also depends on third-party telecommunications providers for the supply of numbers and the delivery of SMS messages. Availability of any specific country or number is never guaranteed.

9. Refunds

Refund conditions, the free-replacement guarantee and the process for submitting a request are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The wNum name, logo, website, mobile applications, design, text, graphics and software are the exclusive property of BUBU APPS LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, security reasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of upstream telecommunications providers.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that a number will be accepted by any particular third-party platform, that a verification code will always arrive, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUBU APPS LLC and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BUBU APPS LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting wnum@codepad.studio.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will, where practicable, be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BUBU APPS LLC regarding the Service.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Türkiye for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of their country of residence.
